My name is Alexandra Seely and I am a sophomore at Rutgers University. I am an Information Technology and Informatics major with a minor in Art and DCIM. I am an active member of NJPIRG working on the KFC Antibiotic abuse campaign. I have a huge interest in technology, volunteer work, and especially yoga. I discovered yoga about 3 years ago in high school. I took a class with a friend and immediately got obsessed. I went 6 days a week, sometimes twice a day. I created a social media account to gain inspiration from the yoga community online. I ended up growing my own account to up to 20,000 followers who I love to inspire daily as much as I can. 2 years later, I realized I wanted something more. I would start to leave classes unsatisfied and wanted something deeper. That is when I decided to pursue my 200 hour yoga teacher training.
For a little over a month, I went to my training every day from 8am-4pm during the summer. When I finally graduated with my certificate, I wanted to share my knowledge with everyone I could and started teaching at the studio I started at. I now want to share that same knowledge with you!
